football My first football game yesterday: Stanford vs. Notre Dame. It was about time as this was the last game played in the 84-year old Stanford stadium!
Interesting game. The Irish outgunned Stanford 38-31, 9 TDs, could have been worse. Incredible TD by Stanford senior T.J. Rushing on a punt return.

Very “interesting” sport generally speaking actually. Strategies are impressively poor! Players are so afraid to make a fumble that they never make passes, whereas in 90% of the situations a simple pass could unlock an entire play and create a TD opportunity. I do believe that the first coach who will draw some inspiration from sports such as rugby will rock the house. But hey, who would bet on a non-American strategy for the most American game?
